In order to be considered a real vacation home, we believe the home should be close to the Strip and provide easy access from at least one major route. What good is it to have a home isolated out in the desert, 45 minutes away from where you want to be?

Every one of the homes we recommend are located close to the Strip. Usually that means they are within an easy 5 to 10 minute drive and some less than a mile from Las Vegas Blvd. Access to all major venues is easy via rental cars limos or taxis. You'll be able to get anywhere in the valley you might want to go!

It Gets Really Hot Here. Swimming pools are important in Las Vegas. We get 9 months per year when the pool is a desired feature. In the summer it is absolutely essential.

That's why every vacation home we list has a private swimming pool. Most have a combination of a pool and spa. Many homes offer the option of heating the pool, which makes it a year round feature.

It does get cold in Las Vegas in the winter months, but there is seldom any rain or snow. So a swimming pool still makes sense in Las Vegas in January and February when the days a clear and cool.

No Las Vegas vacation rental home is complete without a game room and pool table and we would never consider listing a home with cheap furniture or where the capacity of a home is pushed beyond a reasonable expectation.

Our rentals are all-inclusive quality homes with quality furnishings and tasteful decorating. We quote capacities based on what a home is intended for, not how many beds we can possibly squeeze in. And no, we don't consider that large closet to be a bedroom.
